Arrive in Bangkok late evening and go to your hotel.

DAY ONE

Spend the day on your own relaxing or enjoying the sights of Bangkok. Depart this afternoon for Chiang Mai and go to your hotel or guest house.

DAY TWO

We spend the day white water rafting and enjoying lunch in the jungle along the river bank. Tonight you are on your own to dine at one of Chiang Mai's fine restaurants, tour the famous night bazaar for shopping , or perhaps indulge yourself in a relaxing Ancient Thai Massage .

DAY THREE

We depart Chiang Mai this morning for Baan Thaton to begin your 3 day trek.. After lunch at the Famous Wat Thaton Temple we continue on to Asa's Guest home in a Lisu Hill Tribe village. You will be entertained by Allutate playing many Lisu musical instruments he has made by hand. Asa will give you a tour of his Lisu village and tell you about the customs, traditions, and lifestyle of the Lisu and the other hill tribes you will see during your trek. Stay back in Thaton.

DAY FOUR

Today we walk into the mountains with spectacular scenery to visit other unspoiled hill tribe villages such as Karen, Lahu, and Akha. Spend the evening in a primitive Akha hill tribe home or back in Thaton.

DAY FIVE

After a relaxing morning you will take the long tail boat for a two hour journey down the Mae Kok River to the Karen Elephant village of Ruammit for an elephant ride to a Yao Hill tribe Village then go to Chiang Rai and your hotel, resort, or guest house.You are on your own this evening for dinner and shopping at the Chiang Rai night bazaar.

DAY SIX

Depart around noon for Bangkok and your hotel. Spend the day and evening on your own relaxing or exploring Bangkok before the early morning departure for home or your next destination.
